The grapes selected for this wine came from both trellised and bush vines planted in several soil types. Good canopy management during vital growing season allows the berries to ripen to their full potensial.

Wine Making

The grapes were fermented dry on the skins and underwent aging in new French Oak barrels for six months.

Tasting Note

Dark ruby colour, ripe plums, cherries, chocolate and a slight scent of dried banana. Dry supple tannins add to silky mouth-feel, black cherries on smooth exit.
