Chenin blanc grapes selected for this sweeter Sparkling wine. The grapes were harvested when the flavours for sparkling wine were optimum. The grapes were harvested at a higher acidity with fresh fruit and not too ripe flavours. Wine was made on the traditional way by fermenting at very low temperatures (13°C) until dry. Extended lees contact allows for complexity on the palate and a long mouth feel. Natural grape concentrate used to attain sweetness of the wine. CO2 gas is added at bottling to ensure a fine, well integrated sparkle.

Tasting Note

This sparkling white wine shows tinned guava flavours on the nose with distinct notes of creamed honey and fudge. It has a lovely freshness to it and fills your mouth with complexity.
